my house was purchased for $160,000.00 with the interest rate of 6% on a 30 year loan. my payments are $1100.00 monthly. if i made 2 payments a month what would they need to be to pay off in 10 years?

Capitalism has brought us prosperity for centuries. Yet, socialism and government always fail. Despite this, Obama and Pelosi have nationalized the auto industry, health care, student loans, and the whole economy. He has been an utter failure. After doing so much good, how could anyone be against capitalism?

Are there institutions that loan money secured by Gold coins at low rates?

I mean …its clear that they have it out for the working people of the USA and are participating in a plan to reduce the wages of americans as low as possible…have as many of us unemployed …..and have each new citizen born owing tons of money in national debt.
So what is their plan? and please dont make this a Dem vs GOP argument because both parties have been pushing us in this anti middle class warfare.

Do you think individuals w/business consulting expertise will volunteer their time to establish Iraqi companies. Could this help with the sense of reformation determination for a new and generally accepted vision for the new nation. A free market economy and a more democratic state?

How can I get money for a decent used car without having to get a loan? I am in college and can not afford to be getting a loan. and at this point I am on minimum wage trying to get through school and do not make enough to save for a car. I used to have a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse but I had to sell it on the count of it broke down and the mechanics I sent the car to had no idea what was wrong with the car.
Is there anything out there for people like myself?

Why is he sueing arizona for the second time,and why did he report to the united nations that arizona is a human right’s violater?Should arizona not be able to ask someone they pull over if they are a usa citizen and have a drivers license and insurance.If these people are here illegally and breaking the law why cant the cops enforce it.That’s why california ,arizona and texas are in debt because of paying for free medical and food stamp’s and housing etc…Why arent the illegals being picked up at the human resource dept and food stamp office,how are they able to get loans and new houses.I believe it’s because the federal law protect’s them,thats why america is going broke.

I owe $10,000 to my bank for my car loan. I have just received payment on a big project I did a couple of months ago and am now able to pay the full amount. I am currently on a collections with the same bank for a a credit card though and the bank has told me they will not release the title to me unless I make full payments on the loan AND the credit card. Is this even legal or should I seek an attorney?

the filing of bankruptcies no secret? That anyone can go to a courthouse and view bankruptcies, Including who they owe, since when they owed, and how much they owe? The same information is available regarding foreclosures.
What happened is that she and her husband signed those bankruptcy papers and she probably didn’t even know what she was signing.
She may be a ‘baaad’ protector of her family, but she isn’t very bright.
